I believe it's based upon number of posts. Probably have to get Clendon to manually update the post count for each user once the major issues with the new site have been ironed out.

There was a space to import your post count from the Scout Board in the registration process here. Those of you who failed to do so will just have to accept your positions as "juniors."

I spoke with Clendon, and I will probably moderate here also, though I never had the ban hammer in the first place.

I suggested to him that we ease up a bit on the moderation rules, coming down on people for egregious violations, but letting lesser stuff ride. We'll see what he thinks.
