Off-season continues as the strength and conditioning staff readies the players for spring ball. We’ve gone over what the players have been doing to prepare: lifting, running (sprinting), agility work and plyometrics, and competition. It’s all very similar to last year.
The players are working hard and the proof is in the pictures circulating the internet. We mentioned players are putting on significant muscle — especially the new guys — which indicates the work is being put in in the gym and also at the dinner table.
