The Brownwood Lions have had great success recently. They went 10-3
last season under new coach Bob Shipley, and are now the State 7-on-7
Division II champions. One of the reasons for Brownwood's latest
achievements is Kevin Vaccaro, younger brother of Texas sophomore safety
Kenny Vaccaro. Following in his brother's footsteps, he's a defensive
back, and was named the District 2-3A newcomer of the year last season. I
recently sat down with the star cornerback to see what has been going
on in the recruiting world.
