Because Mack Brown ignored it, and Charlie Strong emphasized it, every recruitnik should understand the importance of senior year tape.

We already know guys like DeMarvin Leal, Marcus Stripling, T’Vondre Sweat, Na Na Osafo-Mensah, etc. are takes along the defensive line (you don’t always need senior year film), but let us take a look at candidates who could emerge as offers and priorities depending on how they perform or grow over the coming months and season.

Remember, from what we’ve gathered Texas wants five defensive linemen. With T’Vondre Sweat in the fold the working number is now three. While you crunch my fuzzy math I’ll note Leal will have his spot reserved through next President’s Day.
