Pete Kwiatkowski recently went on the “Make Defense Great Again” podcast, a show by Coach Vass who is a former (maybe future) coach who now spends his time accumulating resources to share with other coaches. It’s amazing Kwiatkowski was willing to go on a publicly available show like this and talk about his defense, major credit to Vass.

The result is the following, a 40-minute or so clinic by Kwiatkowski on three main topics.

-The brand of match 3 coverage he learned alongside Jimmy Lake over 12 years working together.
-How he was able to routinely demolish Mike Leach’s Air Raid in the Apple Cup (Washington versus Washington State).
-His philosophy on building zone blitzes and his favorite blitz.
