Moderating new members

Clendon, it might be worthwhile setting up vbulletin where you moderate the first couple of posts from all newly registered members. It's a relatively easy way to keep spammers off the site and only takes ~5 minutes a day to go through the new members' posts to validate them. Just a thought.

Not exactly, I'm a network engineer by trade. I work for an ISP and keep their part of the internet running, for lack of a better explanation. The vbulletin stuff I've learned from being a moderator/admin on another site though, it wasn't from work stuff.
