Rumored to be K-State's top target to replace Chris Dawson. From what I saw during his time at UT, the players always looked the part. Is it a fair assumption to say he's a good S&C coach?

There's a bit of a speed Renaissance going on in CFB S&C right now. If your program doesn't include proper speed drills, it's not doing the right things. Alabama and Indiana are the two schools doing the most of this right now.

Makes sense for K-State, big on packing on "armor" for players, which is K-State's MO. Hard-nosed guy.
