In this edition of Mondays in the Humidor with the Big Cigar it’s a mixed bag of sunshine and hope with a smidgeon of the apocalyptic as Texas heads into the murderer’s row of the schedule. El Cohiba Grande has some information to share on the Ash front that should have people cautiously optimistic about the future of the position even if it doesn’t bode well for the football future of David Ash.

We’ve also got some information on another front that should help the Longhorns out on Saturday. Not only do the Horns get Desmond Harrison back for the Cougars, but they’ll add another talented freshman to help shore up the offense. We’ll also get the staff’s thoughts on how things shook out on Saturday night after watching film on Sunday. So as you digest the bad news of the day, pull up a chair and pour a double of your favorite blended scotch and read what hopefully will serve as a cathartic if not hopeful version of inside the Humidor.
